What does working together look like?

We begin with a free discovery call, define the right scope and keep you involved at the important decisions. See our How it works page for the five steps.

How long does a website take?

A project often takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on its size. Content, feedback and integrations can affect the schedule. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion time.

How many revisions are included?

Every project includes 2 revision rounds. Each additional revision round is $50. A revision round is a consolidated set of feedback within the agreed scope; redesigning the project or adding new requirements is a separate discussion.

What do you need from me?

Your business information, goals and feedback are the starting point. Depending on the project, we may need logos, photographs, service details, existing website access or links to your current tools. We will provide a clear list.

Can you help with the words and images?

Yes. Tell us what you already have and where you need help. We will include agreed content support in the scope rather than assuming that everything is supplied.

Do I need a domain or hosting already?

No. A domain is your web address; hosting makes your website available online. We can help you understand both options and coordinate the agreed setup. You can start even if you do not have either.

Will you migrate my existing website?

We can discuss moving content or rebuilding an existing site during the planning stage. What can be migrated depends on the platform, your access and any third-party services. We agree on that scope before starting.

Can my website be in English and Spanish?

Yes. We can plan paired English and Spanish pages for your audience. We will discuss which content needs to be translated and reviewed.

Who owns the website and domain?

We intend for you to have clear ownership and access to the agreed business assets. The precise website, domain, hosting and third-party account arrangements are written into your project agreement. Proprietary tools or subscriptions may have their own terms.

What happens after launch?

You can choose ongoing hosting, maintenance and practical support, or discuss managing your website independently. We will explain what is included before you commit.

Do you guarantee search rankings or more leads?

No. We cannot guarantee search positions, traffic, lead volume or business results. A website is one part of your marketing; outcomes vary by business, market and many other factors. The Results page shares industry research, not FifthCaliber client results.

How much does it cost?

Every project is different, so contact us for a quote. We will define your requirements and explain the scope and cost before work begins. The only public pricing here is the revision policy: 2 rounds included and $50 for each additional round.

Do I need to book a call?

A call is helpful for discussing fit, but you can also use the project intake form to describe your needs in detail or email us with a simpler question.

Can I change a booked call?

Yes. The booking confirmation includes a rescheduling link where available. You can also email [email protected] with your existing appointment details so we can help.
